Hello! My name is Paul and many of you may know me on Instagram as @sky.baru. When I’m not working my 9-5, I like to use my time working on cars, doing automotive photography, going mountain biking, and playing bass and guitar. As a car enthusiast, some of my favourite vehicles include: Honda EK9 Civic Type-R, Nissan R34 GT-R, Mazda FD RX7, Subaru WRX STI (GR), Toyota Tacoma and Toyota Land Ccruiser.

I currently drive a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Sport (Canadian spec.) in Cool Grey Khaki. This is the first car I’ve ever owned and I picked the Crosstrek for its practicality, aftermarket support and the All Wheel Drive system for the Canadian winters. After a buddy showed me Talon Sei’s videos about his Crosstrek on YouTube, I bought the car with the intention of modifying it to be a daily driver that I can take nearly anywhere. Other Crosstrek builds that have inspired me include: @cgk_xtrek, @trek.adventures, and @roaming_onward (FKA @burnt_trekky).

So far, some modifications to the Crosstrek include: Rally Innovations Rally Light Bar with Hella ValueFit 500 LED lights, Rally Armor Mud Flaps, KMC KM708 Bully 5x100 15-inch wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich TA K02 215/75/15 tires, Rallitek 1” front raised springs and 1” rear raised overload springs and a Cusco strut tower brace.
