*Note: Baja Designs Light(s) orders (Light Packages & Light Conversions) placed from 9/1/22 until further notice, will have approximately 8 week lead time.  When ordering a Light Package, the lights will ship separately from the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, Skid Guard or Light Plate upon inventory arrival.  Once we are caught up with our Baja Designs inventory levels, the lights will be shipped together with your Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, Skid Guard or Light Plate order with the usual lead times of 1-2 weeks depending on stock.  There will be a 20% cancellation fee on all light orders during this period.  Please do not order lights if you are not willing to wait.  We thank you for your cooperation, patience and understanding.*

Rally Light Bar: Mount up to 4 lights with the Rally Light Bar. It also looks great by itself. Securely mounts both from the bottom and the top to prevent lights from vibrating. Hardware to install is included. 

Ultimate Light Bar: Mount up to 4 lights with the Ultimate Light Bar. This design also complements well with roof cargo boxes and other accessories for your vehicle. Securely mounts both from the bottom and the top to prevent lights from vibrating. Hardware to install is included.

Skid Guard: Mount up to 2 lower profile lights with the Skid Guard. Hardware to install is included.                                                                                                                                                               

                                      
Rocker Panel Guards: Add style to the side rockers of your ride. Complete the look with the Rally Innovations Ultimate or Rally Light Bar. Hardware to install is included. Choose from Raw aluminum or Black powder-coated finish to protect from abrasion.     
                

Light Plate: The Light Plate offers a stealthy solution to mount up to 4 smaller sizes lights in the grille area. While it can fit many light products, we recommend using the Baja Designs Squadron Sport and Pro models we offer, providing one of the highest quality and brightest setups you can achieve in a small package. Hardware to install is included.

Fog/Auxiliary Light Conversion Upgrade: Upgrade your OEM fog/auxiliary lights with Baja Designs' Squadron Sport or Pro models, providing useful light output on the road. Hardware to install is included. *OEM fog bezel needed for this upgrade.

  • The Light Conversion Upgrade includes the following:
    • (2) Baja Designs lights (model depends on vehicle application)
    • (2) Baja Designs mounting brackets (not used)
    • Baja Designs Wiring Harness with On/Off Toggle Switch to power up to (2) lights
    • (2) Rally Innovations Light Conversion Bracket
    • Plug-and-Play harness provided as an optional setup

 

Light Bar - Color Options

Color options are available for our Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, and Skid Guard product lines.

Standard Black Textured (+$0): Flat black with a textured coating. Standard finish by default. No additional cost and no additional lead time required.

Gun Metal Textured (+$100): Flat medium gray (gun metal) with a textured coating. An additional 2 week lead time is required.

Silver Gloss (+$100): Metallic silver with a gloss finish. An additional 2 week lead time is required.

 

Light Bar Maintenance & Care

Due to harsh conditions that some of our products are exposed to, it's inevitable for surface rust to form from any areas in the powder coat that eventually expose the bare metal.  In such cases, (especially when detected early) we advise our customers to care for the bar by lightly wire brushing the problem areas and recoating the bar with a Spray on textured black truck bed lining spray.  Proper care will increase the longevity of the bar and not allow the rust to spread.

We use this which has worked well:

Our bars are made from mild steel and are sanded & double coated to a high manufacturing standard.    Even some OEM parts (like CV axles) have rust upon delivery.  We try to keep our standards high and also educate our customers about our products.

Hatchback Wing: The wings are rally-car-inspired designed that adds functionality for your hatchback. Built specifically for this car model. Simple bolt-on installation (drilling into trunk required). Track tested to withstand normal wear and tear.
