We have a flat shipping rate of $45 or $55, depending on size, for our products to the 48 states. Prices are within the 48 continental U.S. states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders please e-mail us your full shipping address at email@example.com for an estimate. Be sure to check with our Authorized Dealers as they may have better or faster shipping rates available.How long will it take for me to receive my shipment? (Top)
Standard shipping is through FedEx Ground (signature required). The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. If the product is in stock, it should reach you within 1 week. Custom colors or additional custom light mounts to our production products may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.Why is there a signature requirement? (Top)
Yes. However, we encourage our customers to order through our distributors if possible as they may be able to offer you faster turnaround and additional shipping options. We do accept direct orders which are always priced at our Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Currently, payments can be made though our website using the following:

Orders will be shipped after payments have cleared.

You may either order online or over the phone (714) 884-0057. Online and phone orders are payable via credit card or Paypal. If paying via money order or cashiers check, an invoice will be sent to you and you can mail payment to:

Our products may be purchased through any of our Authorized Distributors.How do I return a product? (Top)
ALL returns for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original resaleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. No warranty or return will be valid if the defect was caused by abuse, negligence and/or mishandling. Rally Innovations reserves the right to make this determination. Rally Innovations reserves all rights for determination and execution for all warranty and return claims which are subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair, replacement or refund of merchandise. Rally Innovations is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. The Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees including a 20% re-stocking fee if the return is accepted. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any claims. Technical Product Information
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT FRONT PROXIMITY SENSORS (Top)
Our light bars may interfere with the functionality of front proximity sensors (parking or otherwise). Eyesight and other windshield-mounted systems will not malfunction so long as attachments do not protrude above the hood line.How is the light bar mounted? (Top)
Most of our light bar applications bolt onto the lower front bumper beam with no visible cutting or drilling needed. Certain applications may require some minor cutting or drilling these cases will be noted in the product description.Do you offer light bars in any colors besides black? (Top)
Yes. However, colors besides black or primer may incur a $100 custom color charge. Please check the current pricing of the particular product to determine if this charge applies. Custom color fees for group buys (orders of 10 or more limited to 1 color) will be an additional $25 per bar. Mixed color batches will be $100 per color for non-black colors. There is an additional 1-2 week lead time per color change request.
What lights will fit on the Rally Light Bars and Skid Guard (Top)
Please check the specific product sheet for light specifications. We have tested the lights listed on the technical specification sheets for our Rally Light Bars and Skid Guards and our bars are designed around these light base styles. Other light setups may be used, but do so at your discretion as we cannot guarantee and have not tested any others. Please refer to the light manufacturers specifications for information regarding their product dimensions.

Rally Innovations is proud of its history in sponsoring vehicles and considers all sponsorship proposals. In your request, we will need to know:
» A quick bio on you and why you feel you would be a fit for a sponsorship from Rally Innovations
» What vehicle you own
» What modifications are currently installed on your vehicle including photos
» What types of events you enter
» What events you are scheduled to participate in during the current year or next year
» Results from previous events
» What type of media coverage you expect
» What products you would like to be sponsored for
In some cases with special use vehicles or new vehicle applications we may also consider sponsorship for those not actively involved in motorsports or shows in exchange for opportunities to use the vehicles in product development.
